It was great to capture their unique personalities and the many faces they can make!  They also enjoyed a game of Princess Candyland (much to Max’s chagrin, but he was a good sport).

Thank you, Kerry, for having me over and inviting me into your lives all these years.  I really do treasure photographing your children.  It’s been amazing to watch them grow, and I can’t wait to see them grow into young adults (but not too quickly).

It was really wonderful spending the morning with this wonderful family.  Thank you, Adele and Martin, for sharing your family with Renee and I.  I can’t wait to see some of these images up on your living room wall in a few weeks!  Your wall gallery is going to look AMAZING!

While I was photographing Dara and Charlie, I asked each of them to look at one another and tell me how they remember feeling when they first met each other.  Their response was the same!  Dara said she remembered how handsome Charlie was, and Charlie remembered how beautiful Dara was.  There was such a beautiful emotion between the two of them.  It brought a tear to my eye.

Next, a big group shot and some one on one images with mom and dad.  At first, I thought Nena looked exactly like her mom, but then I realized she looks a lot like her dad too.  What do you think?

Now, on to some fun with the kids and their dad, Ljuba.  What great smiles we caught!

But eventually, all photo sessions must come to an end, and we got the signal loud and clear!

During our snack break, Julia thought that the wee baby in mommy’s tummy was hungry, and that Matilda was too.  Cheerios were on the menu.

One thing I must mention – please take note of Julia’s toddler curls.  They are super adorable, and while we hope they never go away, at least we have a picture of them in case they do.  This is an image that mom will treasure forever.

Thank you for spending your morning with me.  I had such a wonderful time with you all, and I can’t wait to meet your baby in the spring!

Jen and Hasin, you are amazing parents, and amazing friends.  Thank you for sharing your life with me, year after year.  I am so thankful to have you in my life.  I’m already looking forward to next year’s session!

On a personal note, I have to say that I think it is wonderful that Marjorie and Anne have such a beautiful mother/daughter relationship.  You can really see how close they are to each other, and spending time with them really warmed my heart.  As I watch my own daughter grow up (way too fast, might I add), I hope that we will have that closeness also.

Thank you ladies for sharing a bit of your life with me.  It truly was so much fun, and I look forward to another time that we can do this again.

And I’ll be honest here, I can’t wait to see them grow up even more over the next, who knows how many years, but seriously kids, please don’t grow too fast!  Grandma & Mom/Aunt Cheryl are having a hard time keeping up with you three!

We spent the morning walking around the beautiful grounds of Loafer’s Lake in Brampton.  The end of summer flowers were in full bloom, making a beautiful background for our session.  Lindsay’s daughter was certainly a ham for the camera but her son took a little bit to warm up.  Once he did though, he had big smiles too.

Thanks so much, Lindsay, for trekking all the way to Brampton for your session!  It’s always a pleasure to see you, and meeting your kids was a great joy!
