The health and safety of your family is of the utmost importance to us. We have put the following policies in place for documentary newborn and family photography:

Client contact information is required, and this information will be kept confidential unless requested by the Health Department. Clients will be required to complete a health questionnaire prior to their scheduled session. This questionnaire will be reviewed with the client, upon arrival.

If you are feeling unwell for ANY reason, please contact me to reschedule your session.

Because we primarily photograph clients outdoors, we will choose locations that allow for ample physical distancing. Props that cannot be sanitized will not be used.

If your session is to take place indoors, the photographer will wear a mask at all times. Proof of vaccination is not required for indoor or outdoor sessions. Jennifer Gilbert, and her family, is fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

The Photographer will maintain a distance of at least six feet during the session, indoors or outdoors. The studio is equipped with hand sanitizer and spacing that allows for distancing.

Should the photographer discover that she has been exposed to COVID-19, she will contact the Health Department who will then contact anyone who may have had contact with her during the contagious period.

Should the client discover after their session that they have been exposed to COVID-19, they will contact the photographer with this information so that contact tracing can be established.

If you have any questions about these policies, please contact the photographer.
